Description: Working with Cancer patients
Jilby holds a diploma in Counselling and Integrative Supervision of individuals and groups. She has acquired an MSc in Contemporary person centred Psychotherapy and has completed training in Trauma Therapy and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). Currently, Jilby is working in the NHS as a Macmillan Counsellor and delivers sessions to NHS workers, particularly those working with cancer patients. She has kindly agreed to offer a webinar session to Chrysalis students to give first hand insight into the complex role of counselling cancer patients.

Jo Kelly is a highly qualified and experienced, award winning Registered Nutritionist and Health Coach, with a particular expertise in corporate
wellness. Jo is passionate about helping busy people achieve their health and wellness goals. Jo's experience in corporate wellness is particularly noteworthy, having worked with a number of large organisations to create wellness programs that promote a healthy and productive workplace. Her programs focus on educating employees on the importance of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep, and providing practical tools and resources to help them implement healthy lifestyle habits.

Please note - this is an opportunity for any students to drop-in for guidance and support on anything admin related. This is not the platform to raise any concerns or discuss anything personal as other students will be present, these queries must be directed by email. These sessions will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

If so, you can always continue your counselling studies to build up Guided Learning Hours - that is, hours you are taught by a tutor in class - and reach a higher level of membership with your chosen professional register, such as the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
We can offer Ofqual regulated Level 5 and Level 6 diploma courses and Level 5 Certificate short courses that can expand your knowledge and help you develop further counselling skills, as well as helping you gain more Guided Learning Hours towards a higher level of membership with your chosen professional register.
